1.Ticketing Policy: BookMeEvent.com is a third-party ticketing issuer and operates as an intermediary between the event organizers and customers. BookMeEvent.com is not responsible for any changes, cancellations or rescheduling of events. All tickets sold through BookMeEvent.com are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the refund policy

2. Age Restrictions: All party events organized through BookMeEvent.com are strictly age-restricted to 18+.

3. Refund Policy: Refunds on events are only applicable under exceptional circumstances, such as bad weather at sea for boat trips or outright cancellation of events. Before any refund is considered, BookMeEvent.com will seek to rectify any issues raised with customers and events made not possible for the booked time and days. BookMeEvent.com will seek to move clients to another date or time for the event paid for where possible. If a customer is moved to another day for their event for any reason and that event does not come to pass for the second time, customers are awarded a full refund effective immediately by voucher, cash or transfer. Voucher refunds are also an option should customers not wish to make a new date for a first failed event, and in some cases, 50% of the value of the ticket could be refunded in cash or transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy: BookMeEvent.com reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather conditions, technical difficulties, or low ticket sales. In such instances, BookMeEvent.com will notify customers as soon as possible and provide them with an option to transfer their tickets to another event or receive a full refund.

5. Event Entry: Customers are required to bring a valid ID and the printed or digital copy of their ticket to gain entry to the event. Customers who turn up to events intoxicated may be refused entry without a refund. If they get too drunk or disturb the peace of the events, they will be asked to leave without refunds. Customers are expected to treat all staff involved with the same level of respect staff will treat their customers. For some events, it is a requirement that e-tickets are brought to Jokers to collect physical tickets either on the day of the event or if it's a boat party, no less that the day before the event. E-tickets that are attempted to be redeemed at venues that were supposed to be collected for physical tickets will be refused entry until physical tickets have been collected. Should clients not follow such procedures and not access events, they will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever as they are at fault for not following instructions on their order confirmation.

6. Liability: BookMeEvent.com shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained by customers while attending the event. Customers attend events at their own risk.

7. Copyright: All content on the BookMeEvent.com website, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BookMeEvent.com and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. Legal Actions: BookMeEvent.com reserves the right to take legal action against customers who engage in violent or disruptive behaviour towards our staff or other customers.
